Class terms generally run to coincide with school terms

Monday and Tuesday evenings

7:00 pm to 8:30 pm beginners / general - (Hidden Valley Yoga Centre - Eatons Hill)

Thursday mornings

9:00 am to 10:30 am beginners / general - (CWA Hall- Samford Village)

Saturday mornings

7:00 am to 8:00 am beginners / general - (CWA Hall- Samford Village)

Class size is limited & term bookings are required before attendance.

Private classes can be booked for one on one or group sessions.
